Fees and Savings
By opting for a Flat Fee listing, you save on the typical listing agent commission of about 3%. If the buyer has no agent, you could save the full 6% commission. For a $400,000 home, this could mean savings of $12,000 to $24,000, maximizing your return.
Commissions are negotiable. Offering a commission (usually 2-3%) can incentivize buyers who have a contract with a buyer’s agent. This incentive can accelerate the sale process and enhance your chances of a successful transaction.
Our pricing is designed to be highly cost-effective, providing essential services and significant savings compared to traditional real estate agencies, while ensuring a smooth and efficient selling experience.
